REFUND POLICY

After 1st November 2020 we will be unable to offer refunds. 

This is due to: (1) The rooms being partially paid in advance due to our group reserving so many. It is a risk for us and the hotel.  (2) We base our overheads (teachers/DJ costs and equipment) on numbers booked during the lead up to the event.  If you would like to postpone your place until the following year, or transfer your place to someone else, please get in touch.
